Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf europäischer Ebene bildet der Aktionsplan Circular Economy, ein zentraler Baustein des European Green Deal, den Rahmen für den Übergang zu einer ressourceneffizienten, zirkulären Wirtschaft (Europäische Union, o. J.). Er fördert unter anderem Initiativen wie Urban Mining, Recycling-Marktplätze und die Einführung eines digitalen Produktpasses, der Informationen über Herstellung, Zusammensetzung und Reparaturmöglichkeiten von Produkten liefert – mit dem Ziel, Ressourcen möglichst lange in der EU-Wirtschaft zu halten (Gebäudeforum klimaneutral.
