Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kommunikation ist der Puls jedes Unternehmens. Doch welche Art von Kommunikation hilft tatsächlich zur Erfolgsförderung? Und welche ist eher hinderlich? Diese Fragen stellen sich häufig Firmenchefs und Führungskräfte. Wenn die Kommunikation innerhalb des eigenen Unternehmens oder mit Kooperationspartner*innen über Landesgrenzen hinweg gespannt ist, werden die Herausforderungen zumeist noch größer. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird in diesem Beitrag jene Art der Internen Kommunikation herausgearbeitet, welche Führungskräfte beeinflussen und steuern können. Es werden spezielle Lösungsmöglichkeiten diskutiert, wie die Kommunikation innerhalb einer wirtschaftlichen Einheit auch über Landesgrenzen hinweg gelingen kann und den Unternehmenserfolg maßgeblich unterstützt.
