Abstract

Zusammenfassung Häufig stehen verschiedene Studien und Daten zur Verfügung, die von den meisten Führungskräften kaum oder schlecht interpretiert werden können. In diesem Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, wie die Qualität von Untersuchungen abgeschätzt und Daten interpretiert werden können. Die Ausführungen und Struktur des Beitrags orientieren sich an Braunecker (How to do empirische Sozialforschung. Eine Gebrauchsanleitung. facultas/utb, 2023a) sowie Braunecker & Thanos (Hypothesen richtig formulieren und prüfen. Ein How to do. facultas/utb, 2025). Zu allen Themenbereichen finden sich dort entsprechende Vertiefungen.
