Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die qualitative empirische Forschung ist sehr gut geeignet, neues Wissen zu heben. Insbesondere durch Expert*innen-Interviews wird Zugang zu Wissen erlangt, das über keinen anderen Weg zu erschließen wäre. Expert*innen verfügen über Know-how in ihrem Fachgebiet, das sie über die Beschäftigung mit einer speziellen Materie und durch ihre Erfahrungen gewonnen haben. Für KMU mit einem Internationalisierungswunsch gibt es unterschiedliche Arten von Expert*innen, die je nach Vorhaben variieren. Sind diese Gruppen identifiziert, lässt sich ihr Wissen in einem Gespräch mittels Interviewleitfaden gut erfragen. Anschließend werden die Transkripte der Interviews mit der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse ausgewertet, um die neuen Erkenntnisse zu strukturieren und gezielt verwenden zu können. Die Ergebnisse der Interviews bringen zumeist mehr neues Wissen, als es über andere Informationskanäle je möglich wäre.
