Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Aufsatz untersucht politische Risiken als zentrale Herausforderung für international tätige Unternehmen und entwickelt ein praxisnahes Fünf-Schritte-Modell zum Umgang mit ihnen. Es beginnt mit der Identifikation politischer Risiken, um ein Bewusstsein für relevante Entwicklungen zu schaffen. Darauf folgt die Analyse und Bewertung, die Eintrittswahrscheinlichkeiten und mögliche Auswirkungen systematisch erfasst. Im dritten Schritt werden Szenarien entwickelt, die unterschiedliche Zukunftspfade sichtbar machen und Entscheidungsoptionen strukturieren. Schritt vier ist das Monitoring, das auf kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Informationsaufbereitung setzt, um Veränderungen rechtzeitig zu erkennen. Abschließend stehen Resilienzstrategien, die Organisationen befähigen, auch unter unsicheren Rahmenbedingungen handlungsfähig und anpassungsfähig zu bleiben. Damit bietet der Beitrag einen klar gegliederten Rahmen für ein wirksames Management politischer Risiken.
