Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein funktionierendes Risikomanagement ist Pflicht und Kür zugleich. Die Aufgaben des Risikomanagements sollten nicht auf die leichte Schulter genommen werden. Es kann in sich ein existenzgefährdendes Risiko für Unternehmen darstellen, und speziell in einer Phase einer kapitalintensiven Expansion schnell zu haftungsrelevanten Fragen von außen führen. Richtig ausgestattet und eingesetzt, kann es Unternehmen nicht nur bestehende Risiken aufzeigen, sondern auch pro-aktiv vor unvorhergesehenen Risiken schützen.
