Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Fachkräftemangel in der Veranstaltungsbranche ist insbesondere in einem Flächenland mit geringer Bevölkerungsdichte wie Mecklenburg-Vorpommern eine Herausforderung. Dieser muss mit langfristigen Maßnahmen – mit Strategien zur Nachwuchsgewinnung und -förderung begegnet werden. Zu den konzeptionellen Bestandteilen gehören deshalb Angebote für Ausbildungsberufe wie auch ein duales Studium. Seit 1997 haben über 100 junge Menschen diese Angebote angenommen. Um an qualifizierte Bewerberinnen und Bewerber zu kommen, bedarf es moderner Rekrutierungsmaßnahmen, die ebenfalls langfristig angelegt sein müssen – und daher u.a. die Möglichkeit von Praktika beinhalten.
