Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Veranstaltungsportal VaPo ist eine vom Festspielhaus Bregenz entwickelte und betriebene Plattform, die als digitales Kundenportal dazu dient, Entscheidungsprozesse zu verkürzen und Fehlerquellen zu vermeiden. Information, Dokumentation und Kommunikation sind dort gebündelt, sowohl für das Team des Festspielhauses als auch für Kundinnen und Kunden.
