Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Fachkräftemangel ist weit verbreitet und betrifft alle Branchen. Bemühungen um verbesserte Unternehmenskulturen lindern dies nur begrenzt. Ein oft vernachlässigter Aspekt ist die Integration von Menschen mit Behinderungen in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Trotz bestehender Gesetze bleibt die Umsetzung unzureichend, was zur Einführung einer verschärften Ausgleichsabgabe im Jahr 2024 führte, um mehr Druck auf Unternehmen auszuüben. Eine nachhaltige Lösung erfordert angepasste Ausbildungsprogramme, die Menschen mit Behinderungen gezielt auf den Arbeitsmarkt vorbereiten. Inklusive Ausbildungslehrgänge könnten helfen, Barrieren abzubauen und Fachkräftelücken zu schließen, indem sie Unternehmen für die Fähigkeiten dieser Arbeitskräfte sensibilisieren.
