Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag geht der Frage nach, welche Kompetenzen bei Verwaltungsbeschäftigten durch die fortschreitende Entwicklung der künstlichen Intelligenz notwendig werden und wie sich diese fördern und systematisieren lassen. Dabei referenzieren die Autor:innen auf die sogenannte AI Literacy. Diese ist wichtig, um systematische Verzerrungen im Umgang mit KI zu vermeiden, da es zu ethischen, rechtlichen und institutionellen Risiken kommen kann. Eine zentrale Bedeutung kommt KI-Kompetenzen auch im Hinblick auf die Rechtsprechung der EU zu, da der AI Act KI-Kompetenzen als wichtige Voraussetzung für die Anwendung und den Vertrieb von KI-Systemen vorsieht. Auf Basis aktueller Forschungserkenntnisse schlägt sich AI Literacy in vier verschiedenen Dimensionen nieder, die anhand von Beispielen erläutert werden. Zum Ende des Beitrags geben die Autor:innen erste Empfehlungen, um AI Literacy in der Breite des Verwaltungspersonals zu entwickeln.
