Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der EU-Gesetzgeber erstreckt den Anwendungsbereich eines speziellen Produktsicherheitsgesetzes, den der KI-VO, auch auf die mitgliedstaatlichen Sicherheitsbehörden. Ein klassisches Polizeigesetz ist mit der KI-VO aber nicht entstanden. Der folgende Beitrag gibt einen kurzen Überblick über die Rechtsfragen, die aus dem „bereichsübergreifenden“ Ansatz für Sicherheitsbehörden und den mitgliedstaatlichen Gesetzgeber folgen.
