Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag diskutiert Fähigkeiten und Potenziale von Künstlicher Intelligenz vor dem Hintergrund des Spannungsfeldes zwischen Strukturreproduktion und eigener Handlungsfähigkeit. Während generative Künstliche Intelligenz einerseits gesellschaftliche Strukturen reproduziert, erzeugt sie offenbar auch neue Kommunikationsvarianten und vermeintliche Ideen. Als gewinnbringende Perspektive zur Untersuchung von Wechselwirkungen von Künstlicher Intelligenz mit menschlichen Einflüssen wird die Akteur-Netzwerk-Theorie vorgeschlagen. Beispielhaft wird skizziert, inwiefern Wechselwirkungen zwischen Künstlicher Intelligenz, polizeilicher Praxis und kriminellem Handeln bestehen können. Denn auch im sicherheitsbehördlichen Kontext beeinflusst Künstliche Intelligenz potenziell Kriminalitätstrends, Ermittlungsroutinen und Risikoeinschätzungen. Die Akteur-Netzwerk-Theorie bietet einen analytischen Rahmen, der Künstliche Intelligenz nicht als rein technisches Artefakt, sondern als Aktant in einem komplexen sozio-technischen Netzwerk begreift. Die Analyse der Wechselwirkungen zwischen Inskriptionen (etwa Trainingsdaten) und Präskriptionen (etwa Verhaltensanpassungen) verdeutlicht, dass auf Künstlicher Intelligenz bezogene Herausforderungen nur durch einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf das Akteur-Netzwerk verstanden werden können.
