Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit Systemen der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) stehen leistungsfähige Werkzeuge zur Verfügung, die viele Handlungsbereiche und insbesondere professionelle Tätigkeiten tiefgreifend verändern könnten. Denn nun deutet sich an, dass nicht nur repetitive Aufgaben bei der Herstellung von Gütern oder in Verwaltungsprozessen mithilfe von Computern automatisiert werden können, sondern auch Tätigkeiten, die erhebliche intellektuelle Fähigkeiten voraussetzen, da sie im Kontext schlecht oder schwierig zu definierender Rahmenbedingungen zu verrichten sind. Dazu gehören ohne Zweifel Aufgaben, die mit der Aufklärung von Verbrechen und der Strafverfolgung verbunden sind. Ob hier KI-Systeme erfolgreich eingesetzt werden können, hängt nicht nur von den technischen Möglichkeiten ab, sondern auch davon, ob die Menschen, die in der Strafverfolgung tätig sind, die Technik akzeptieren und ob die organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen so gestaltet werden können, dass sie mit dem Einsatz von KI kompatibel sind.
