Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Ziel dieses Buchkapitels ist es, die positiven und negativen Auswirkungen von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) aus dem Blick eines Gewerkschafters auf die Beschäftigten bei der Polizei aufzuzeigen. Dazu werden Überlegungen angestellt, die das Spannungsfeld zwischen einer möglichst effizienten, gleichzeitig aber auch rechtmäßigen und bürgernahen Polizeiarbeit beleuchten. Hierfür werden verschiedene Quellen sowie das Erfahrungswissen aus der gewerkschaftlichen Arbeit herangezogen. Damit soll ein Debattenbeitrag für diejenigen geschaffen werden, die täglich damit konfrontiert sind, wie innerhalb der deutschen Polizei gearbeitet wird und welche Belastungen damit einhergehen.
