Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz bietet gerade in der Strafverfolgung ein großes Potenzial zur Erleichterung der Arbeit der an der Fallbearbeitung beteiligten Personen. Für einen sinnvollen Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz ist es jedoch zwingend erforderlich, Vorüberlegungen anzustellen und Einsatzziele zu definieren. Zudem muss man sich über aktuelle technologische Limitierungen im Klaren sein. Kurz: es ist ein planvolles Vorgehen gefordert, das die technologischen und rechtlichen Schranken berücksichtigt.
