Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel führt Sie in das Thema der Motivationstypologie ein und wie diese Ihnen in Ihrer Rolle als Führungskraft nützt. Sie lernen die „Map of Motivation“ und die vier Motivationstypen kennen – alle jeweils mit ihren eigenen Stärken und Schwächen, die es individuell zu fördern oder auszugleichen gilt. Sie bekommen konkrete Ratschläge, wie Sie bestimmte Vertriebsmitarbeiter fördern können und an welchen Stellen Sie Misserfolgen vorbeugen können. Die Motivationstypologie hilft Ihnen nicht nur dabei, das Beste aus Ihren Vertriebsleuten herauszuholen, sondern Sie können auch viel über sich selbst und Ihren Führungsstil lernen: Ihre Stärken, Schwächen und Kommunikationsstile finden sich alle in Ihrer Motivationstypologie wieder.
