Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Ansprüche an Arbeit ändern sich generell, schon deshalb ist es logisch, bisherige Führungsmodelle und -ansätze zu hinterfragen. Das wurde auf den vorherigen Seiten getan. Nach der ausführlichen theoretischen Grundlegung wird es im Folgenden um die gezielte Umsetzung der Daten und Erkenntnisse in ein evidenzbasiertes, zukunftsorientiertes Sollkonzept für angehende, spätere, und auch veränderungswillige aktuelle Führungskräfte, genauer für eine neue Führungsgeneration in betrieblichen Führungspositionen gehen. Dieses Planungskonzept wird in einen standardisierten Kompetenzkatalog münden. Auch wird die Frage beantwortet werden, wie solche Kompetenzen wann und wo erworben werden können.
