Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um das Spannungsfeld zwischen dem Status quo von Führung in den Betrieben und Firmen und einem neuen State of the Art von Führungskompetenzen für eine neue Generation von Führungskräften soll es in diesem dritten Abschnitt gehen. Er soll bestehen aus der multiperspektiven Beschreibung eines Ist-Zustandes, aus dem sich erst ganz logisch Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten ergeben. Der Abschnitt soll zuvorderst erkennbar werden aus den inhaltlichen Schnittmengen der erhobenen Daten.
