Abstract

Zusammenfassung Low-Code und No-Code sind verwandte, aber unterschiedliche Ansätze zur Anwendungsentwicklung. Während Low-Code eine flexible Lösung für Entwickler und technikversierte Fachexperten bietet, die maßgeschneiderte Anwendungen mit minimiertem Programmcode entwickeln möchten, richtet sich No-Code primär an Fachanwender ohne Programmierkenntnisse für einfache Automatisierungsaufgaben. Beide Technologien beschleunigen die Softwareentwicklung und «demokratisieren» den Zugang zur Digitalisierung. Dennoch divergieren die Einsatzbereiche: Low-Code wird eher für komplexe Unternehmenslösungen mit hoher Integrationstiefe eingesetzt, während No-Code eher bei gängigen Abläufen und einfach strukturierten Daten seine Anwendung findet.
