Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einem Pflegeheim gibt es Spannungen im Team der Station 2. Laura, eine erfahrene Pflegekraft, die seit über 25 Jahren in der Einrichtung arbeitet, kritisiert immer wieder die jüngeren Mitarbeitenden. „Die haben keine Ausdauer und sind ständig am Handy. Früher hat man sich noch voll auf die Arbeit konzentriert“, sagt sie bei einer Teamsitzung mit Nachdruck. Jonas, ein neuer Mitarbeiter aus der Generation Z, kontert genervt: „Vielleicht wäre es auch mal an der Zeit, neue Wege auszuprobieren, statt immer nur zu sagen, wie es früher war.“
