Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer ländlichen Pflegeeinrichtung kämpft die Geschäftsführung seit Jahren mit hohen Fluktuationsraten und Schwierigkeiten bei der Personalgewinnung. Der Einrichtungsleiter Herr Becker erinnert sich an eine vielversprechende Pflegefachkraft, die vor sechs Monaten eingestellt wurde – voller Motivation und mit beeindruckender Berufserfahrung. Doch letzte Woche kündigte sie überraschend. Im Feedbackgespräch sagte sie: „Die Arbeit hier ist fachlich spannend, aber ich fühle mich nicht wirklich integriert. Es fehlt ein klares Einarbeitungskonzept, und die ständigen Personalengpässe machen es schwierig, einen geregelten Alltag zu haben.“
