Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit dem Hochlauf der Elektromobilität entwickeln sich zunehmend neue Geschäftsmodelle, die kreative Lösungen, aber auch Herausforderungen für etablierte oder neue Prozesse bieten. Entlang des Lebenszyklus der Batterie ist das Ziel neu entstehender Dienstleistungen entweder verlängernd auf die Nutzungsdauer einer Batterie zu wirken oder am Ende der Nutzungsdauer ein möglichst sortenreines Recycling zu ermöglichen. Diese Ziele sind insbesondere in einem rohstoffarmen Europa von großer Bedeutung und findet sich in den politischen wie auch wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen wieder. Im Beitrag wird konkret auf die Bereiche Reparatur, Remanufacturing, 2nd-life-Anwendungen, dem Pretreatment, der Demontage und dem Recycling eingegangen. Am Ende wurde aufgezeigt wie die Herausforderungen der sich veränderten Automobil-Supply Chain durch eine hohe Varianz der Batterien, einem neuen regulatorischen Umfeld sowie neuen logistischen und operativen Gegebenheiten angegangen und als Chance aufgegriffen werden können.
