Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag reflektiert sowohl den persönlichen Einfluss von Ansgar Zerfaß auf die Entstehung der Dissertation des Autors als auch die Wirkung seiner Theorie der Unternehmenskommunikation. Es werden entsprechend Parallelen als auch Unterschiede herausgearbeitet, die Denkanstöße über die Welt der Unternehmen bzw. der Wirtschaft hinaus liefern. Die Überschriften verdeutlichen, wie der Autor Ansgar Zerfaß in den einzelnen Phasen erlebt und immer besser kennenlernen durfte.
