Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unsere Zusammenarbeit mit Ansgar Zerfaß hat wesentliche Impulse sowohl für die Wissenschaft als auch für die Praxis im Kommunikations-Controlling, der Innovationskommunikation und weiteren Forschungsfeldern gesetzt. Von den frühen Tagen der gemeinsamen Forschung über die Entwicklung praxisorientierter Werkzeuge (u. a. die Plattform communicationcontrolling.de) bis hin zu den Beratungsprojekten mit namhaften Unternehmen und Organisationen, die auf dieser Arbeit aufbauten – unsere Zusammenarbeit war geprägt von Kreativität, Struktur und einer gesunden Prise Humor. Dieser Beitrag zeichnet zentrale Meilensteine nach und würdigt den nachhaltigen Einfluss von Prof. Zerfaß auf das strategische Kommunikationsmanagement – sowohl privat wie auch beruflich.
