Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ohne die Unterstützung der Stakeholder ist eine Realisierung der Unternehmensziele nicht möglich. Stakeholder, das sind nach Post et al. (2002) jene Individuen oder Gruppen, die zu den vermögensbildenden Fähigkeiten und Handlungen von Unternehmen und anderen Organisation beitragen. Sie können die Erreichung der Unternehmensziele beeinflussen und werden ebenfalls von diesen beeinflusst (Freeman, 1984). Für die Organisationsmitglieder trifft dies in besonderer Weise zu, denn mit ihren Handlungen tragen sie zur Zielerreichung und Wertschöpfung bei und sind vom Erfolg ebenso wie vom Misserfolg der Organisation direkt betroffen. Die Organisationsmitglieder sind auch jene, die mit all ihren kommunikativen Handlungen, mit denen sie einen Beitrag zur Aufgabendefinition und -erfüllung in Unternehmen leisten, die Unternehmenskommunikation konstituieren (Zerfaß, 2010).
