Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Wer an und in Unternehmen arbeitet, formt das Unternehmen.“ Unternehmen befinden sich in einer konstanten Transformationsphase, und neben Kriterien wie Unternehmensstrategie, taktische Maßnahmen und Planung gehört auch die Fähigkeit, groß angesetzte Ambitionen umsetzen zu können, zu den notwendigen Skills. Daher müssen Unternehmen in der Lage sein, Talente zu finden, zu engagieren und auch halten zu können, um diese Ambitionen zu verwirklichen. Dabei stehen diese Organisationen nicht allein in Konkurrenz mit dem externen Markt, sondern versinnbildlichen ebenfalls interne Strukturen und bereits bestehende Unternehmenskulturen. In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene Modelle aufgezeigt, die es Unternehmen erlauben abzuwägen, welches der IT-Talentmanagement- und Sourcing-Modelle geeignet ist, sowie mit welchen organisatorischen Aufgaben und mit welchem Investitionsaufwand diese verbunden sind.
