Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag werden die Herausforderungen beleuchtet, denen sich KMU im Kampf gegen Cyberkriminalität gegenübersehen, und bietet praxisnahe Lösungsansätze für Prävention und Schadensbegrenzung. Es bietet einen umfassenden Einblick in die Bedrohungslage durch Cyberkriminalität, speziell zugeschnitten auf die Bedürfnisse kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen (KMU). Weiterhin wird ein Überblick über verschiedene Formen der Cyberkriminalität, darunter Ransomware und Phishing, gegeben und die Notwendigkeit betont, präventive Maßnahmen und angemessene Reaktionsstrategien zu entwickeln. Das Kapitel enthält eine Anleitung für die Entwicklung einer Sicherheitsstrategie und das Verhalten im Ernstfall.
