Abstract

Zusammenfassung Überraschende Veränderungen oder geplante Anpassungen können Transformationen von Unternehmen veranlassen. In beiden Fällen sollte die Organisation dafür vorbereitet sein – die Unternehmenskultur gibt den Ausschlag für den Erfolg. Controlling unterstützt die Vorbereitung und begleitet die Umsetzung, damit alle Beteiligten die Orientierung behalten – die Planung ist dafür der Dreh- und Angelpunkt. Controlling selbst bewältigt die Transformation vom Datenjongleur zum Business-Partner mit KI-Unterstützung – jeder Controller findet seine Rolle.
