Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dr. Karlheinz Bozem, Prof. Dr. Anna Nagl und Jonas Holzinger beschreiben in diesem Kapitel ein Start-up, welches auf Basis verlässlicher KI-unterstützter Prognosen der lokalen/regionalen (PV)-Stromerzeugung und des -verbrauchs überschüssigen Strom von lokalen/regionalen Prosumern mithilfe dynamischer Preismodelle optimal vermarktet und damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Gelingen der Energiewende leistet. Für die Geschäftsmodellentwicklung wird als Methodik der Business Model Builder (Release 3.0) des Kap.1 herangezogen. Dabei wird auch auf wesentliche Technologietreiber und Megatrends, wie z. B. die Digitalisierung und künstliche Intelligenz, eingegangen. Die Grundzüge dieses Geschäftsmodells wurden im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojektes der KI-Werkstatt Mittelstand der Hochschule Aalen entwickelt und in der Praxis testweise angewendet.
