Abstract

Zusammenfassung In dem Leitfaden zur Entwicklung digitaler KI-unterstützter Geschäftsmodelle zeigen Dr. Karlheinz Bozem und Prof. Dr. Anna Nagl, wie Unternehmen den durch disruptive Technologien und insbesondere die Digitalisierung ausgelösten Wandel und die dadurch hervorgerufenen Veränderungen der Marktbedingungen gestalten können. Geschäftsmodelle müssen im besten Fall nur justiert und im herausforderndsten Fall neu entwickelt werden. Damit innovative Ansätze digitaler, mit künstlicher Intelligenz unterstützter Geschäftsmodelle die höchst mögliche Kundenakzeptanz erreichen, sind die Stakeholder in den Entwicklungsprozess miteinzubeziehen. Die Fallstudien und Praxisbeispiele in diesem Buch basieren auf dem zukunftsorientierten Business Model Builder (Release 3.0) und zeigen anschaulich die Entwicklung digitaler KI-unterstützter Geschäftsmodelle.
