Abstract

Zusammenfassung Transparenz ist ein zentrales Prinzip moderner Gesundheitssysteme und eng verknüpft mit Qualität, Effizienz und Vertrauen. Digitale Lösungen wie elektronische Patientenakten und Datengestützte Anwendungen eröffnen neue Möglichkeiten der datengestützten Versorgung. Internationale Beispiele zeigen, dass Standards und Interoperabilität entscheidend sind, zugleich erfordert die Umsetzung tragfähige Strategien im Umgang mit Datenschutz, Fragmentierung und Akzeptanz.
