Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aus Sanktionskatalogen von 17 Arbeitsschutzrechtvorschriften werden Aufgabenkataloge mit Hauptaufgaben abgeleitet (als Einzel- bzw. Teilaufgaben). Es erfolgen Hinweise auf Verbote sowie zu einfachen Maßnahmen oder Ausnahmemöglichkeiten, Bestimmungen zur Gefährdungsbeurteilung, Durchführung von Ermittlungen, Messungen sowie Festlegungen von Schutzmaßnahmen nach vorgegebener Rangfolge; auf Anzeige-, Melde-, Unterweisungs- und Informationspflichten sowie zur arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge wird eingegangen. Hinweise zur Anwendung von 17 Aufgabenkatalogen im Kapitel 4 erfolgen im Abschnitt 4.20. Der Abschnitt 4.21 bietet die Fundstellenverzeichnisse zu den 17 Aufgabenkatalogen an; Schwerpunktthemen findet man in den Abschnitten 4.1–4.9, 4.12–4.19 sowie 4.20–4.21
