Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kapitel 3 ist eine Kurzfassung der Hauptaufgaben; diese werden aus den Sanktionskatalogen der Arbeitsschutzrechtvorschriften abgeleitet. Rechtsfolgen bei fehlerhaftem Handeln durch Führungspersonal und Beschäftigte werden aufgezeigt. Die 17 Aufgabenkataloge betreffen das Arbeitsschutzgesetz, die DGUV-Vorschrift 1, das Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz, das Gesetz über überwachungspflichtige Anlagen, das Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetz, das Mutterschutzgesetz sowie das Siebte Buch des Sozialgesetzbuchs (GUV); ferner weitere Rechtsvorschriften zu Arbeitsschutzverordnungen; betroffen sind Schutzvorschriften für elektromagnetische Felder und künstliche optische Strahlung, zu Arbeitsstätten bzw. Baustellen, zu Pflichten der Betriebssicherheit, zum Umgang mit biologischen Arbeitsstoffen, für Arbeiten unter Druckluft sowie mit gefährlichen Stoffen, für Arbeiten unter Lärm/Vibrationen; ebenso zur arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorge.
