Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kapitel 1 behandelt die Darstellung der Vorschriften zum Arbeits- u. Gesundheitsschutz sowie Aufgaben, Rechte und Befugnisse von staatlichen Aufsichtsbehörden, der gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung (GUV) sowie Arbeitgebern, Beschäftigten und Arbeitnehmervertretungen. Zudem werden das europäische und nationale Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzrecht, sowie die souveräne duale Aufsichtswahrnehmungen durch Staat und GUV aufgezeigt. Ziel des Werks ist die analytische Zergliederung des komplexen Arbeitsschutzrechts in Aufgabenpakete und die Erleichterung einer arbeitsschutzkonformen Umsetzung im Betrieb, abgeleitet aus Sanktionskatalogen; Kapitel 3 (Kurzfassung) bzw. Kapitel 4 (Langfassung) verweisen genauer darauf. Vorbereitungs- u. Einführungsmaßnahmen bei Einleitung eines zertifizierten Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems (AMS) werden erläutert.
