Abstract

Zusammenfassung Abschließend werden den Banken und Sparkassen Empfehlungen für eine „All-in-One“-Plattformlösung auf White-Label-Basis (B2B2C) gegeben. Die Banken sollten sich dabei an der „Frictionless Business Intelligence“orientieren, wie sie in anderen Branchen bereits üblich ist, und versuchen, nach dem Vorbild des Casual Banking Geschäftsmodelle revolutionär weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei ist die Integration von FinTechs und KI elementar.
