Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Zeiten, in denen Bankkunden ihr einmal eröffnetes Konto ein Leben lang behalten, sind vorüber. Finanzkunden in Deutschland erkennen zunehmend die Vorteile digitaler Technologien und möchten diese aktiv in allen Bereichen nutzen. Banken bekommen für ihre Digital-Angebote nur die Note befriedigend. Auch Kriterien für Bankauswahl und Bankenwechsel ändern sich radikal. Die Mehrzahl der Bankkunden hat schon einmal die Hausbank gewechselt. KI könnte der Digitalisierung der Finanzbranche weiteren Schub verleihen. Kundengewinnung und -bindung sind zukünftig im Banking nicht mehr ohne digitale Plattform möglich. Eine Online-Marketing-Relevanz digitaler Plattformen ist unabdingbar.
