Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Immobiliensektor, insbesondere der Büromarkt, ist tiefgreifenden Veränderungen unterworfen. Trends, wie das mobile Arbeiten („Homeoffice“) und das steigende Bewusstsein für ESG-Kriterien (Environmental, Social, Governance), erhöhen die Gefahr der Obsoleszenz von Büroimmobilien. Gängige Investitionsmaßnahmen könnten zukünftig nicht mehr ausreichen, um die langfristige Rentabilität und Marktfähigkeit von Immobilien zu gewährleisten. Büroimmobilien sind durch Bestrebungen zur Dekarbonisierung der Immobilienwirtschaft zunehmend einer ökologischen Obsoleszenz ausgesetzt, die durch strengere Nachhaltigkeitsvorschriften und veränderte Marktanforderungen getrieben wird.
