Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für die Immobilienbranche ist Nachhaltigkeit Risiko und Chance zugleich und das Zusammentreffen beider Dimensionen hat Auswirkungen auf Märkte, Produkte und Geschäftsmodelle. Globale, europäische und nationale Regulierungen befinden sich in einer Phase des Wandels, um die veränderten Bedingungen zu antizipieren. Die Herausforderungen treffen auf Shareholder und Stakeholder der Immobilienwirtschaft und beeinflussen Investoren, Finanzierer, Ratingagenturen, Zertifizierer, Käufer und Verkäufer, Vermieter und Mieter, Dienstleister und viele weitere Beteiligte in der Wertschöpfungskette. Auch die Bauindustrie und der Betrieb von Gebäuden ist tangiert, denn die verwendeten Materialien stehen auf dem Prüfstand und die Frage nach der Zirkularität von Baustoffen, dem effizienten Umgang mit Energie und anderen Verbrauchsstoffen erfordert ein Umdenken und viel mehr Innovationen.
