Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Quintessenz war in alter Zeit der lateinische Ausdruck für das fünfte Element, das Aristoteles angenommen und Äther genannt hat, neben den vier Elementen Feuer, Wasser, Luft und Erde. Heute steht es für das Wesentliche, die „Substanz“ und den Kern von Etwas. In diesem finalen Beitrag geht es darum, noch einmal aus der Vielzahl der Impulse die fünf wichtigsten gemeinsamen Muster herauszuarbeiten, gemeinsame Entwicklungslinien zu erkennen und „auf den Punkt“ zu bringen. Was sind die zentralen, essenziellen „BIG FIVE“ kommunaler Nachhaltigkeit?
