Abstract

Zusammenfassung Stadtwerke sind ein wichtiger kommunaler Partner zur Umsetzung integrierter, nachhaltiger Stadtentwicklungskonzepte. Sie leisten unverzichtbare Beiträge zur Daseinsfürsorge, Bewältigung der Transformation und fördern das Gemeinwohl und die Resilienz unserer Kommunen. Dies wird im folgenden Beitrag am Beispiel der Stadtwerke Ludwigsburg-Kornwestheim GmbH aufgezeigt. An verschiedenen Praxisbeispielen wird veranschaulicht, welche Relevanz Stadtwerke für Kommunen und damit auch für das Gemeinwesen haben. Lassen Sie sich überraschen, wie viel Chancen in dieser Kooperation liegen und wie viel Freude es bereitet, gemeinsam ein Ziel zu verfolgen. Aber auch welche Herausforderungen Stadtwerke bewältigen müssen und welche Nachteile Kommunen ohne Stadtwerk im Kontext der oben genannten Aspekte haben.
