Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Transformation erfordert einen mentalen Wandel, um Künstliche Intelligenz erfolgreich zu integrieren. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet die Kernaspekte eines „KI-Mindsets“ wie Neugier, Flexibilität und Resilienz und zeigt, wie Unternehmen und Mitarbeiter von einer offenen Haltung profitieren. Widerstand und fehlende Akzeptanz werden analysiert, während praktische Strategien wie Perspektivwechsel, Weiterbildung und eine positive Fehlerkultur helfen, ein wachstumsorientiertes Mindset zu entwickeln. Führungskräfte spielen dabei eine Schlüsselrolle: Sie agieren als Vorbilder und fördern eine innovationsfreundliche Unternehmenskultur. Die Botschaft: Ein positives Mindset ist der Schlüssel zu nachhaltigem Erfolg in der digitalen Ära.
