Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz hat das Potenzial, Unternehmen in nahezu allen Branchen effizienter und wettbewerbsfähiger zu machen. Trotz der wachsenden Bedeutung nutzen laut Statistischem Bundesamt erst 12 % der deutschen Unternehmen KI, was oft an mangelndem Wissen über ihre Möglichkeiten liegt. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet, wie Unternehmen Ängste und Unsicherheiten überwinden können, indem sie die Vorteile der Technologie besser verstehen. Es zeigt, wie KI in Bereichen wie IT-Sicherheit, Logistik und Kundenservice bereits erfolgreich eingesetzt wird, um Prozesse zu automatisieren und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Zudem werden einfache Strategien vorgestellt, wie auch kleinere Unternehmen KI schrittweise implementieren können. Die Botschaft ist klar: Unternehmen, die heute auf KI setzen, profitieren von optimierter Effizienz, neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und langfristiger Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Das Kapitel inspiriert dazu, die Hürden der Implementierung nicht als Barriere, sondern als Chance für Wachstum zu sehen.
