Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um eine Antwort zu finden auf die Frage: Zukunft mit oder ohne HR? haben wir zunächst einen aufmerksamen Blick auf die Dauerkritik geworfen, unter die HR seit Jahren steht, dann haben wir uns mit den zukünftigen Herausforderungen auseinandergesetzt, die von Instituten und Trendforschern, im Wechsel der Jahre wiederholt prognostiziert wurden, danach gehen wir der Frage nach, welche Veränderungen das Personalwesen in den vergangenen Jahren tatsächlich umgesetzt hat und warum HR eine Neuausrichtung benötigt.
