Abstract

Zusammenfassung Reizvolle Aufgaben und neue Herausforderungen liegen wie ein bunter Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch von HR. Eine perfekte Gelegenheit, die Vielfalt von strategischen, operativen und systemischen Themenfeldern umzusetzen und somit die Transformation im Unternehmen zielgerichtet zu unterstützen. Zunächst jedoch muss der Personalbereich an der eigenen Transformation arbeiten. Einen neuen wohlklingenden Titel zu finden, kann hilfreich sein, die Rolle des ewigen Verwaltungsexperten und Kümmerers hinter sich zu lassen, reicht aber allein nicht aus. Notwendig erscheint, über eine neue flexible Organisation nachzudenken und umzusetzen. Eine Organisationsform, die die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens mit den passenden Handlungsfeldern schnell, unbürokratisch, innovativ, effizient und effektiv unterstützt. Die Wissenschaft hat hierzu jahrelang viele hervorragende Organisations-Konzepte entwickelt, die der HR-Bereich nutzen kann, den typisch deutschen Personalleiter ad acta zu legen.
