Abstract

Zusammenfassung E-Mental Health Services werden – aufgrund ihres niederschwelligen und oftmals anonymen Zugangs – als vielversprechendes Angebot im Bereich der digitalen Gesundheitsversorgung angesehen. Nichtsdestotrotz dürften Nutzungsbarrieren bestehen, etwa in Zusammenhang mit Stigmatisierung oder Datenschutz. Vor diesem Hintergrund adressiert der vorliegende Beitrag das Thema aus der Perspektive des Online Service-Marketings und untersucht – auf Basis des Information Adoption Models (IAM) – den Einfluss von Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) auf die Nutzungsabsicht bezogen auf E-Mental Health Services.
