Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Normen, Standards und Richtlinien im Projektmanagement. Die für das Projektmanagement relevanten Normen der DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) und ISO (International Organization for Standardization) werden aufgelistet, kurz beschrieben und deren Bezugsquellen angegeben. Die Projektmanagement-Standards sowohl der weltweiten Organisationen International Project Management Association (IPMA®), Project Management Institute (PMI) und PRINCE2 als auch der Europäischen Kommission, die praxisnahe Frameworks und bewährte Methoden für die Planung und Steuerung von Projekten liefern, werden mit einer Kurzbeschreibung dargestellt. Ergänzend werden Richtlinien zur Nachhaltigkeit, die die Berücksichtigung ökologischer, sozialer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte in Projekten sicherstellen und nachhaltige Verantwortung im Projektmanagement fördern sollen, aufgeführt sowie die zugehörigen Quellen für weiterführende Informationen angegeben.
