Porsche AG – Projekt Warenausgang: Achsen im Werk Zuffenhausen

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am seit 1954 bestehenden Stammwerk der Porsche AG in Zuffenhausen werden alle Sportwagenderivate auf einer Fertigungslinie im Mix gefertigt. Seit dem Jahr 2012 werden die Baureihen Boxster und Cayman im Produktionsverbund mit dem Volkswagen-Fertigungsstandort Osnabrück gefertigt. Im Rahmen der Standortanbindung musste ein Warenausgang für die Komponentenauslieferung der Achsen am Standort Zuffenhausen realisiert werden. Ausgehend von einer Beschreibung der aufgesetzten Projektorganisation und der verwendeten Instrumente des Projektmanagements werden die praktischen Erfahrungen mit deren Anwendung beispielhaft dargestellt. Dieser Erfahrungsbericht gliedert sich in drei Phasen – Konzeption, Fein- und Umsetzungsplanung sowie Realisierung und Übergabe. Abschließend werden Rückschlüsse (Lessons Learned) für zukünftige Projekte abgeleitet.
