Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag beschreibt, wie bei der Continental AG Projekte innerhalb des Bereiches Supply Chain Management Automotive in der Praxis geplant und umgesetzt werden. Das Gesamtkonzept, welches unter dem Titel „PM@SCMA“ erfolgreich bei Continental eingeführt wurde, legt den Fokus speziell auf Projekte im Bereich Logistik und SCM und wurde für Mitarbeiter, die in diesen Fachgebieten tätig sind, entwickelt. Es beschreibt Prozesse, Regeln, Definitionen, Tools und das Berichtswesen für alle Phasen der Logistikprojekte. Zuletzt wird auch auf wichtige Erfolgsfaktoren eingegangen, die es bei der Einführung eines solchen Konzeptes zu beachten gilt.
