Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Beispiel des Sortimentsbereichs Accessoires zeigt die Fallstudie, wie durch eine veränderte Bestandsbewirtschaftung in einem Handelsunternehmen das Angebot für Kunden verbessert und Aufwände für die Mitarbeiter in den Filialen verringert werden können. Saisonalität, Modetrends und die Abdeckung einer Vielfalt von Preislagen bestimmen die erforderlichen Nachschubstrategien für die Filiale. Was sind die Spezifika, die aus Kunden- und Sortimentssicht eine Bewirtschaftung entweder nach Push- oder nach Pullprinzipien erforderlich machen?
