Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Fallbeispiel behandelt die gezielte Anwendung des Reifegradmanagements für Achskomponenten bei AMG, um die Übergabe der Beschaffungsverantwortung in einem Fahrzeuganlauf für die Serienproduktion effizient zu steuern. Das Ziel ist es, durch strukturierte Reifegradbewertungen potenzielle Risiken zu identifizieren und präventive Maßnahmen frühzeitig in Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten zu ergreifen, um die Voraussetzungen für einen reibungslosen Produktionsstart zu schaffen. Anhand eines konkreten Achsprojekts wird erläutert, welche Reifegradmeilensteine für das Projektmonitoring genutzt werden und wie die Übergabe der Beschaffungsverantwortung systematisch erfolgt, um den Projekterfolg zu sichern. Dabei werden auch die aufgetretenen Herausforderungen und mögliche Lösungsansätze betrachtet sowie abschließend die Erfolgsfaktoren und Lessons Learned für zukünftige Projekte abgeleitet.
